Suspended Access to Active Files
The hook-type structure suspends the holder at the filing point. Forms remain beside the workstation during handovers, leaving the main desk surface available for writing and document checking.

The holder accommodates up to 50 sheets of A4 paper. It groups a working batch of forms in one location, keeping active paperwork separate from larger archived files or bound records.
Custom Metal Hanging File Folders
Custom hanging holders are developed around the relationship between the suspension section and the document pocket. Supply an assembled reference or front and side drawings that show where these sections meet. Our engineers prepare the wire-forming work from that complete construction, and the components are joined in the factory's welding workshop before finishing. For a revised holder, identify whether the change affects the pocket alone or extends into the suspension section. The corresponding drawing should include every connected part affected by that revision. A complete development holder is available for confirming the assembled arrangement; the production reference covers the joined article rather than a collection of unrelated wire shapes.

Quality Control
Wire-stock inspection is completed before the suspension section and document pocket are formed. Caliper measurements are compared with the specified wire diameter, and batches outside specification are returned before fabrication. This controls the stock used across the complete holder, including the sections that become its hanging connections.
Daily production checks follow the holder through welding and grinding, focusing on the transition from the suspension section to the document pocket. Both the hanging connections and the exposed wire ends around the pocket must be free from unfinished projections. The joined structure must remain stable. Defective connections or rough contact points are marked and returned for correction during manufacture.
Every holder is inspected after surface treatment and before packing. The final review concerns the complete supplied assembly, including its finished surfaces and exposed handling edges. Third-party inspectors are accepted at the factory to examine the finished order independently. Our own daily line checks and full pre-packing inspection also apply throughout the production order.
