The core equipment fleet is centered around spot welding machinery, comprising over 40 units that include mainstream models such as the (pneumatic) DN-35, (pneumatic) DTN-100, and (foot-operated) DN-25/35. These units are strategically concentrated within the dedicated spot welding workshop to accommodate the diverse welding requirements of metal components of varying specifications. Sourced from specialized manufacturers-such as Yongkang Jiaxiao Welding Equipment Co., Ltd.-this equipment ensures both precision and efficiency in the welding process.

The company also maintains a robust system of auxiliary equipment, comprising over 30 units dedicated to metal cutting, forming, and supporting production tasks, thereby covering the entire workflow from raw material processing through to finished product assembly.
