Each layer is about 9 cm high. That fits a standard file folder. Each layer holds up to 3 kg. You can put heavy file boxes on the bottom and light letters on top. This product sells very well in the US office market. Americans have big desks and need large trays.

Our standard is 3 layers. But many clients want 2, 4, or 5 layers. We can do it. Custom MOQ is 5,000 pieces. Why can we do this? Because our stamping molds are modular. The tray and columns are separate. You want X layers, we give X columns. We have a spot welding fixture that adjusts layer height quickly. Our mold engineers spent half a year on this. We have two national invention patents. One of them relates to this modular structure. So go ahead and ask.
