Over‑toilet Storage Rack

The Over-Toilet Storage Rack is a three-tier carbon-steel shelving structure designed to use the vertical space above a toilet or appliance. It is used in small bathrooms, laundry rooms, rental properties, and other compact interiors that need additional shelving without taking a separate floor footprint.

Up to 15 kg per Shelf

The published load capacity is up to 15 kg per shelf. When detergent bottles, folded towels, toiletries, or other dense bathroom supplies are distributed across the rack, the defined shelf-load rating provides a measurable limit for everyday storage planning.

Three-Tier Adjustable Shelving

The standard structure uses three adjustable shelves. In bathrooms where tall bottles, folded towels, baskets, and small containers have different heights, the shelf positions can be arranged to create vertical clearances that match the stored items instead of fixing every tier at one spacing.

Carbon-Steel Frame with Moisture-Resistant Coating

The frame uses high-strength carbon steel with an anti-rust coating. In bathrooms and laundry rooms where humidity is higher than in a dry office, the coated steel separates the base metal from direct environmental exposure while the welded tube structure supports the shelf loads.

Custom Over-Toilet Storage Racks

We develop rack orders from a sketch, technical drawing, or reference unit for the intended installation. The design is resolved as a complete knockdown assembly at the prototype stage before its component drawings are released for production.

Steel tubes and shelf components are checked for dimensions, straightness, and formed-hole position before welding or assembly. Welded joints are inspected for continuity and visible distortion so the rack can be assembled without forcing the frame out of square.

Shelf assemblies are functionally checked against the stated load requirement of up to 15 kg per shelf. Adjustable feet and shelf positions are operated through their intended range to confirm engagement and frame stability.

The coated surface is inspected for missed areas, scratches, and exposed metal before a trial assembly. Flat-pack component counts, hardware packs, and 5-layer export cartons are then verified before shipment.
