Hand Hammered Flower Pattern

Each curve is a little different. That is the beauty of hand work. The material is wrought iron. The wire diameter is 6 mm. The size is 40 cm long, 30 cm wide, and 60 cm high. Our Hand Forging Team
Our factory has 40 spot welders. But we do not use them for this product. For wrought iron, we use air hammers and anvils. We have a hand forging team of 8 people. Each has over 10 years of experience. They heat the iron bar until it is red hot. Then they put it on the anvil and hammer it flat. They heat it again and make a hook. They heat it again and make a leaf shape. One bar goes through 7-8 heats and 7-8 hammerings to become one flower. So the output is low. A skilled worker makes only about 10 pieces a day. But each piece is unique and beautiful.
High-Temperature Anti-Rust Paint
Wrought iron rusts easily. We use special high-temperature anti-rust paint for outdoor use. First we put the iron piece in an oven and heat it to 200°C. Then we spray the paint. The paint cures at high heat. The adhesion is very strong. Then we put it back in the oven at 120°C for 30 minutes. The finished surface resists salt spray for 500 hours with no rust. We tested it outdoors for 2 years. No bubbles, no rust spots. So the 2-year warranty on the wrought iron outdoor garden decor is real.

Loading and Packing Notes
This product takes up space. It is three-dimensional. You cannot stack many. We pack each piece in bubble film. Then we put it in a custom carton. The carton is cut to the shape. It holds the piece firmly. Then we put the cartons on a pallet. One layer holds only 8 pieces. We stack 5 layers. So one pallet holds 40 pieces. A 40-foot high cube container holds about 600 pieces.
