Walk Through a Flower Tunnel
You put the ornamental metal garden arches on your garden path. The width is 140 cm. The height is 230 cm. People can walk under it. Plant roses or clematis on both sides. After a few months, the vines cover the arch. When they bloom, you walk through a flower tunnel. Many homestays, villas, and small yards use this. The material is wrought iron. The wire diameter is 12 mm. Why so thick? Because the arch must hold the weight of the vines and resist wind. We tested it. We hung 30 kg on the arch. It did not bend. The surface has anti-rust paint in dark green or antique bronze. The process is hand forging with vine carvings. The carvings are on both sides of the arch. It is not a bare iron rod.
Two People to Install
Two people are needed. One person holds one side. The other uses expansion screws to fix the base to the ground. The base is a 15 cm by 15 cm steel plate with 4 holes. It comes with M10 expansion screws. If the ground is soil, first pour a small concrete base. Wait for it to dry. Then install. If the ground is already hard concrete, just drill holes. We include installation instructions and screws with each arch. Installation takes about 30 minutes. The product are stable once installed.

Export Packing for Arches
The two upright posts and the top arch are separate. We split the top arch into two halves. They connect with bolts. After splitting, the longest part is 140 cm. That fits into a 150 cm carton. Each part is wrapped in foam and bubble film. Then put into the carton. The carton is reinforced with packing straps. Two arches go into one large wooden crate (if needed). The wooden crate has a fumigation certificate (IPPC mark). Our crates for Europe are fully compliant. The product arrive safely.
