Two Layers for Plants
Put a 5 kg monstera plant on the ornamental iron trellis. The shelf does not shake or bend. We tested it: put 5 kg on each layer. Left it for 72 hours. The shelf bent less than 2 mm. After we removed the weight, the bend went back. That is the strength of 8 mm wrought iron wire. The size is 120 cm high and 40 cm wide. The surface is high-temperature anti-rust paint in dark green. Each layer can hold 5 kg. It fits small and medium potted plants.
Anti-Slip Feet
The bottom of the trellis has four rubber feet. When placed on tile or wood floors, it does not slide. The feet are 5 mm high. This lifts the bottom off the floor. Air can flow under it. So it does not rust easily. These feet are our own mold. We did not buy generic ones. Generic feet are the wrong size and fall off easily. Our feet use a snap fit. You cannot pull them off with your hand. The product stays put.
Daily Quality Checks
Our quality department does three things every day. First, check verticality. Put the trellis on a level surface. Use a square ruler to measure if the shelves are level. The deviation must be less than 3 mm. Second, check the welds. Tap each weld with a small hammer. A clear sound means good (no hollow weld). A dull sound means bad. Third, check coating thickness. Use a film gauge to measure. The standard is 70 ± 10 microns. These checks are done during line patrols every 2 hours. We accept third-party inspection. You can come anytime. The ornamental iron trellis is built to last.
A Real Cafe Owner's Use
A cafe owner bought 20 of these trellises. He put them at his shop entrance. He placed some pothos and succulents on them. He said: "Customers like to take photos next to the trellis. They post on social media. It brings me more foot traffic." Later he bought 30 more. He put one next to each table in his shop. This shows that a trellis is not just for plants. It is also decoration. You can sell the product to flower shops, cafes, and home stores.
Export Packing to Avoid Crushing
The trellis is 1.2 meters high. You cannot stack many like small items. Our packing method: we take the trellis apart into two parts (the upright and the shelves can be separated). After separation, the size becomes smaller. We wrap each part in bubble film. Then we put them into a long carton. The carton has foam padding inside. One carton holds 2 trellises (the separated parts). When loading pallets, we put the cartons upright. We add cardboard between layers. A 40-foot high cube container holds about 800 trellises. The ornamental iron trellis comes with a 2-year warranty.
