Easy to Mount on Walls

You put in two expansion tubes. Then you hang the decor by the hooks on its back. That is it. The decor weighs about 2 kg. The size is 60 cm by 40 cm. Two 6 mm expansion screws can hold over 20 kg. So it is very stable.
Material and Coating
The material is wrought iron. The wire diameter is 6 mm. The surface has epoxy primer plus top coat. The process is hand forged with hollow carved patterns. This iron decor for outdoor walls fits villa exterior walls, garden fences, and balcony railings.
Epoxy Primer vs. Normal Paint
Outdoor iron art often starts rusting where the paint gets damaged. So we use epoxy primer. Epoxy primer has very strong adhesion. It is 3 times stronger than normal alkyd paint. First we sandblast the iron to remove the mill scale. Then we immediately spray the epoxy primer. After the primer dries, we spray the acrylic top coat. The total thickness of the two layers is 120 microns. We did a salt spray test: 1,000 hours with no rust. You can hang it on an outside wall with confidence.

Export Packing
This product is hollow. It does not fear pressure. But it does fear bending. We pack each piece by sandwiching it between two pieces of corrugated board. Like a sandwich. Then we tie it with packing straps. Then we put it into a carton. The carton has "fragile" and "do not press" labels. When loading pallets, we lay them flat. One layer on top of another. We put cardboard between layers. One 40-foot container holds about 2,000 pieces. We support EXW, FOB, and DDP. We suggest FOB. The trucking cost from our factory to Shanghai port is stable.
