No Color Difference Between Batches
Spray coating can easily have color differences between batches. Our control method: when a new batch of powder coating arrives, we spray a sample first. We compare it to the standard color plate. We use a color difference meter. We only allow ΔE less than 1.0. During production, we take a product every 2 hours and measure the color again. If ΔE exceeds 1.0, we stop the machine and adjust. So we can achieve almost no visible color difference between batches. Many small factories cannot do this. You can highlight this advantage when selling the product.
