Different from Wrought Iron

Wind Resistance Test
Garden ornaments face the wind. We did a simple wind test. We put a rabbit on a flat table. We aimed a fan at it. When the wind speed reached 15 meters per second (that is level 7 wind), the rabbit started to wobble. But it did not fall. The base is flat. The contact area is large. A Real Custom Case
A US client wanted 1,000 rabbit-shaped garden ornaments. He wanted all rabbit ears to face the same direction. We told him: after casting, the blank shrinks about 0.5 mm. The direction cannot be exactly the same. That is a process limit. He understood. He accepted "similar is fine". After we made them, he received the goods and was happy. He put them on his company's lawn. Each rabbit faced a different direction. It looked more natural. This case teaches you: explain process limits to your client in advance. Packing for Heavy Items
Cast iron is heavy. Packing must be strong. We wrap each piece in bubble film. Then we put it into a double-wall carton. We add honeycomb cardboard at the bottom and top for extra strength.
