Looks Like a Small Tree

How We Make the Branches
A straight iron bar becomes a forked branch. Our workers first heat the bar to 800°C. Then they split it with a hammer on an anvil. They make two forks. Then they heat each fork again and split again. One becomes two, two becomes four. Finally, it becomes a phoenix tail shape. This process cannot be rushed. If the split goes wrong, the iron is wasted. A skilled worker makes only 5 such branches per day. So every branch fork is different. No two are exactly the same. This is the feature of hand work. It is also the selling point of the product.
Best Places to Put It
We suggest placing it next to green plants. The dark green iron matches the color of real leaves. Or put it in front of a light-colored wall. The contrast is strong. It looks great in photos. Many clients put it in a flower pot on the balcony. Or on the lawn in the yard. Some clients even put it indoors next to a fireplace as a decoration. The bottom has a sharp point. You can push it directly into soil. For hard ground, we supply screws. You can fix it with expansion bolts.
High-Temperature Anti-Rust Process
This product lives outside. It faces sun and rain. Rust prevention is key. Our process: first put the iron in a 200°C oven for 30 minutes. Then spray paint. The paint is epoxy-based. It resists weather well. Then put it back in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. The finished coating adhesion reaches level 0 (the highest). We did a salt spray test for 720 hours. No red rust appeared. So the 2-year warranty on the wrought iron tree decor is reliable.
A Real Customer's Use
A US client bought 200 pieces of this tree decor. He did not put them in a garden. He put them at a wedding. He placed the iron trees along both sides of the aisle. He hung small lights and cards on the trees. Guests took many nice photos. He told us the wedding photos got many likes on Instagram. Later he ordered 500 more pieces.
