Animal Shapes Available

We evaluate if we can make the mold. Customization is possible. The minimum order quantity for custom shapes is 5,000 pieces. Custom sample time is 45 days.
How We Make Animal Shapes
First our mold engineer uses your drawing to machine an aluminum mold with CNC. Aluminum molds are more precise than wood molds. They can be reused many times. Then we use the aluminum mold to make a sand mold. We pour molten iron into the sand mold. After cooling, we get a rough cast iron blank. The blank is rough. We grind off the burrs with a wheel. Then we sandblast the surface. Finally we paint. The whole process, from drawing to first sample, takes 45 days. CNC machining of the mold alone takes 15 days. So the product require patience, but the result is worth it.
Thickness and Weight
The material is cast iron. The thickness is 10 mm. The size is 40 cm long, 30 cm wide, and 50 cm high. The weight is 3 kg each. The surface has an antique bronze anti-rust coating. Wind resistance is strong because of the weight. We tested it against level 8 wind. It did not move.
