Hollow Flowers Cast Shadows
The decorative wrought iron wall decor is hollow. The middle of each flower is empty. You hang it by a window. Sunlight goes through the hollow parts. It casts flower shadows on the wall. The shadows change as the sun moves. In the morning, it is one flower. At noon, it is another angle. In the afternoon, it is still a flower but different. Many clients love this effect. The size is 50 cm by 50 cm. The material is wrought iron. The wire diameter is 4 mm. The surface is electrostatic spray coating in antique bronze or black. The process is hollow forging with flower carving. The installation is wall-mounted. We also have a no-drill option with removable adhesive.
No Spot Welders Here
Our 40 spot welders are mainly for wire mesh products. For this hollow wall decor, we use air hammers and anvils. Workers first hammer the iron bar into a flat strip. Then they heat it and bend it into petal shapes. They weld several petals together (here we use TIG welding, not spot welding). After welding, they grind the weld points until they are invisible. Finally, they spray coat the whole piece. A skilled worker makes only 6 pieces per day. The output is low. But each piece is unique. The product is truly handcrafted.
No-Drill Installation
Many clients do not want to drill holes in their walls. We offer a no-drill option with removable adhesive. The adhesive is a quality brand. It holds 5 kg per square meter. Our wall decor weighs about 3 kg. So it is fine. How to use: apply the adhesive to the back of the decor. Stick it to the wall. Use tape to hold it for 24 hours. After the adhesive dries, remove the tape. We supply the adhesive and instructions with each shipment. This service is very popular, especially for rental apartments where tenants do not want to damage walls.
ALDI Supply Standard
ALDI has strict product safety requirements for suppliers. They require no burrs on edges. The product must not scratch users. We added an extra step for this. Before packing, a quality inspector runs a gloved hand over every edge. If the glove snags, the piece goes back for more grinding. We keep this step for all orders.
