Flexible Length by Sections
The wrought iron decorative garden fence is not a fixed length. Each section is 180 cm long and 80 cm high. You join sections together with bolts. For example, if your yard is 5.4 meters wide, you use 3 sections. If it is 7.2 meters wide, you use 4 sections. For corners, we have corner pieces (custom order). Very flexible. The material is wrought iron. The wire diameter is 8 mm. The surface is high-temperature anti-rust paint in dark green. The process is hand forging with hollow carvings. Installation uses expansion screws to fix the post bases to the ground. Each fence section comes with its own post. The post has a 12 cm by 12 cm steel base plate.
SCAN Security Audit
SCAN is a supply chain security audit. This certification requires factory access control, cameras, cargo handling, and staff training to meet security standards. After we got SCAN, US clients trust us more. Their customs knows our goods come from a secure factory. The risk of tampering or hidden items is low. When you sell the product to the US, if your client asks for a SCAN certificate, we can provide it. We are one of the few metal factories in northern Anhui with SCAN, BSCI, and FSC together.
A Canadian Client's Use
A Canadian client bought 50 sections of this fence. He did not fence his yard. He used it to fence his chicken coop. He said: "This fence is 80 cm high. Chickens cannot jump over it. The wrought iron is strong. Foxes cannot bite through it." Later he bought 200 more sections and started a chicken farm. This tells us that product uses can be unexpected. You can also develop other channels like farms, pet enclosures, and flower bed borders. The wrought iron decorative garden fence is versatile.
Packing and Freight
Each fence section is packed separately. First we wrap it in bubble film. Then we put it into a carton. The carton size is 185 cm long, 85 cm wide, and 15 cm high. One carton per section. When loading pallets, we lay the cartons flat. One layer holds 4 cartons. We stack 5 layers. One pallet holds 20 sections. A 40-foot container holds about 200 sections. Each section weighs about 8 kg. So one container is about 1.6 tons. Freight cost is not too high. You can quote FOB and let your client arrange shipping.
Quality Checks for Fences
Our quality inspectors do two things every day. First, check the spacing between two vertical bars. Standard is 12 cm. They measure with calipers. The error must be less than 0.5 cm. Uneven spacing looks ugly. Also small animals may squeeze through. Second, check the coating thickness. They measure 5 points with a film gauge and take the average. Standard is 70 ± 10 microns. Too thin means poor rust protection. Too thick means the coating may chip when knocked. Only when both pass do we release the wrought iron decorative garden fence.
