Precautions for using metal office supplies

When using metal office supplies, the first thing to pay attention to is moisture and corrosion prevention. Although most metal office supplies undergo powder coating, electroplating, or rust-proofing treatments before leaving the factory, oxidation or rust may still occur if exposed to a humid environment for a long time. Therefore, in daily use, avoid placing them in high-humidity areas, such as near water sources or poorly ventilated spaces; also, avoid leaving liquid residue on the surface for extended periods, and wipe them dry promptly if they get wet to maintain the stability of the surface protective performance.

Secondly, pay attention to reasonable use and avoid overloading. Although metal office supplies have high structural strength, the load-bearing capacity varies between products. If used beyond the design load for a long time, it may still lead to deformation or structural loosening.

In addition, daily maintenance and cleaning should also be carried out according to regulations. When cleaning, use a soft cloth to wipe, and avoid using strong acids, strong alkalis, or corrosive cleaning agents to prevent damage to the surface coating.
