The testing of storage products must comply with the following domestic and international standards:
1. Chinese National Standards (GB): such as GB/T 3324-2017 "General Technical Conditions for Furniture", GB 18584-2001 "Limits of Hazardous Substances in Wooden Furniture for Interior Decoration and Renovation Materials", etc.
2. International Standards (ISO): such as ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, etc.
3. European Union Standards (EN): such as EN 71-3 (Heavy Metal Migration Testing in Toy Safety Standards), etc.
4. American Standards (ASTM): such as ASTM F963-17 "Toy Safety Standards", etc.
5. Environmental Regulations: such as RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive), REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals), etc.
The testing results of storage products must be evaluated according to the following standards:
1. Physical Properties: such as load-bearing capacity must reach more than 100% of the nominal value, and abrasion resistance must pass the specified number of friction tests.
2. Chemical Safety: The content of hazardous substances must not exceed the limits specified in standards such as GB 18584.
3. Structural Safety: The product must not have sharp edges or pose a risk of pinching fingers, and the opening and closing structure must be stable and reliable.
4. Environmental Performance: Materials must comply with RoHS, REACH, and other regulations, and be recyclable or biodegradable.
5. Labeling and Marking: The material, instructions for use, and safety warnings must be clearly labeled. If all test results meet the standard requirements, the product is deemed合格 (qualified); if one or more standards are not met, the product is deemed不合格 (unqualified) and requires rectification or recall.
