Metal Mesh Storage Basket

The metal mesh storage basket is larger than previous models. Material is low carbon steel wire, diameter 1.0 mm. Mesh size is 1.0 cm x 1.0 cm. Size is 30 cm x 20 cm x 15 cm. Load capacity is 8 kg. What is 8 kg? It can hold 24 cans of soda, or 10 thick dictionaries, or a whole toolbox. Many clients use it as a parts basket on warehouse shelves, or a vegetable basket in the kitchen, or a toy basket in a child's room. Many colors available. Surface is electrostatic spray coating. You pick the color.

A storage basket has about 120 weld spots. If one weld is weak, the basket will fall apart over time. Our spot welding shop has over 40 machines. Every machine does a first-piece check each day. The worker welds a sample and sends it to the lab for a pull test. Standard: each weld must hold 20 kg of pull without breaking. Only after passing can the machine run. During production, a line inspector takes samples every 2 hours and does another pull test. So we dare to promise a 2-year warranty. Welds crack? We replace for free.

We have a dedicated after-sales person. His job is to take calls and emails about problems. If your client receives a basket with a dent or broken wire, send a photo. The after-sales person judges: is it a production issue or shipping issue? Either way, he arranges a replacement. Then he records the issue and reports to the production supervisor weekly.
