Wire Monitor Stand

The wire monitor stand is made for office workers. Material is aluminum + cold rolled steel. Fits screen sizes 17 to 32 inches. Max load is 6 kg. Adjustment angle: 360° rotation, so you can go from horizontal to vertical. ±20° tilt, up and down. The fixing method is a clamp. It fits most office desks. It works on desk edges between 10 mm and 50 mm thick. This clamp is our own mold. It has a rubber pad inside. It will not scratch the desk.

Many agents ask: "When will my order be scheduled?" We tell the truth. Our monthly capacity is 2 million pieces. But not all for one client. Our scheduling rule: first deposit, first production. You pay 30% deposit, your order enters the production list. Our planner works backward from your delivery date. Standard products take 30 days, custom take 50 days. If you are in a hurry, we can discuss rush orders. Rush orders have extra fees. We do not recommend it. Better to plan ahead. Repeat clients know that ordering 45 days ahead is most comfortable.

The base and arm of the monitor stand need welding. If that weld fails, the monitor falls. Our spot welding shop has over 40 machines. The pneumatic DTN-100 is for thick materials. After welding, each stand goes through a torque test. Workers hang a 6 kg weight on the stand and shake it left and right 10 times. The weld must not crack. This test is 100% full inspection, not sampling. So our wire monitor stand will not drop your monitor. We supplied Walmart. Their standard is even stricter.
