Spray Coating Before Leather

The minimum order is 5,000 pieces. If you order 10,000 pieces, you get a 5% discount; for 50,000 pieces, the discount is 10%. End customers perceive "leather" as more high-end than "iron" and are willing to pay a higher price. You can set a higher retail price as well.

Glue and Environmental Safety
The glue used between the PU leather and steel can have a bad smell if it is of poor quality and may contain harmful substances like formaldehyde and benzene. We use water-based polyurethane glue, which is odorless and safe. Every batch of glue is tested by a third-party lab, and we keep the test reports for three years. This is part of our ISO 14001 environmental management system.

Warranty and After-Sales
We offer a 2-year warranty. If the PU leather cracks, bubbles, or if the steel plate deforms, we will send a free replacement. If the product is damaged during shipping, we will also provide a free replacement. Simply send us photos, and our after-sales team will handle the issue.
