Custom Metal Mesh Desk Accessories

We develop the wire body and its decorative treatment from a technical drawing supported by a finished reference accessory. When the new piece belongs to an existing range, supply the reference in its finished condition and mark the areas where the construction will change. The fabrication work covers forming the body and preparing the metal before decorative treatment; our deburring and polishing operations are part of this manufacturing route. A completed development piece brings the revised metalwork and selected treatment together on the actual accessory. Review it alongside the original reference for the intended appearance, with any construction changes recorded on the drawing used to manufacture the order.

Quality Control

The cut ends and formed corners are inspected before the body receives its decorative treatment. Deburring and polishing address the metal surface beneath that treatment, including exposed contact edges around the opening. Sharp projections are unacceptable at these handling points. Daily inspections follow the accessory through metal processing so unfinished areas are identified before decorative finishing.

Inspection after decorative treatment covers the visible wire surface, rim and joined areas. Surface defects and unfinished contact points are assessed on the completed piece, with particular attention to the intersections where edge preparation and decorative finishing meet. Nonconforming work is identified and returned to the relevant production stage for correction rather than accepted on appearance alone.

Every finished accessory is inspected before packing. Pieces requiring correction are identified separately from accepted production, rather than included in the completed shipment. Third-party inspectors are welcome at the factory for an independent examination of the finished order; daily workshop patrols and the factory's own full pre-packing inspection remain part of production.
