Metal mesh office supplies are desktop storage trays for stationery, notebooks and document packs. They are used at administrative workstations, shared office supply points and reception desks.

Visible Contents at a Glance

The 12 × 12 mm mesh openings keep the contents visible from the side. When several notebooks or stationery packs share the tray, the open walls make individual items easier to locate without emptying the container.

Support for Grouped Supplies

A 1.2 mm low-carbon steel wire structure carries loads up to 5 kg. It accommodates heavier groups of notebooks and packaged stationery together, rather than spreading them across separate sections of the desk.

The starting reference for a custom tray is its complete wire construction, including the base, sides and rim. Send a technical drawing or an existing tray; for an adaptation that must fit another storage unit, include a drawing of the surrounding space. Our engineers use the assembly reference to develop the forming and spot-welding work, with the wire body made in our own workshops. Changes to the tray outline are developed through the connected body: the fabrication drawing shows how the side sections meet the base and corners. A finished development tray is available for checking with the intended contents in place and against the storage space specified for the project.

Incoming wire batches are measured with calipers before forming. The measurements are checked against the production specification, and stock outside specification is returned before it reaches the welding workshop. Material acceptance takes place on the wire itself, before forming and coating make it part of the completed tray.

During welding and grinding, daily inspections focus on the joints where the tray sides meet the base and where the upper rim meets the corners. These connections must form a stable body without loose wire sections. Exposed cut ends and weld projections around the handling edges are identified for correction before the tray advances through finishing with accepted production.

Every tray receives final inspection after surface treatment and before packing. The finished body is examined for visible surface defects and exposed rough points around the opening. This check covers the product in its supplied condition. Third-party inspection of the completed order is accepted at the factory in addition to our own daily workshop patrols and full pre-packing inspection.
