Side Visibility for Mixed Contents
The 10 × 10 mm mesh pattern leaves sightlines through the walls. A notepad or stationery pack remains visible when other supplies sit in front of it, reducing the need to lift out the entire contents.
Low-Gloss Surface
The matte black spray-coated finish avoids the bright reflections of a polished metallic surface. Beside a task lamp or monitor, the container has a subdued appearance rather than a mirror-like highlight.
Custom Wire Mesh Desk Accessories
An adaptation of our existing accessory starts with a marked-up reference showing the construction to retain and the areas to redesign. A new design starts with a technical drawing or physical prototype. Include top and side views so the open body, its surrounding frame and the connections between them are represented together. Our own R&D team develops the proposed wire assembly, while the mold engineers establish the forming work needed to reproduce that construction. The body is fabricated and welded in our workshops before the agreed surface treatment. For projects beginning with a photograph, add construction details for any part hidden in the image so the manufacturing drawing represents the complete accessory.

Quality Control
The open wire body is inspected during welding and grinding, with attention to the mesh intersections and their connection to the surrounding frame. Joined sections must be stable, and the rim must have no sharp projections at the points used to lift or reposition the accessory. Nonconforming metalwork is marked and returned for correction while those areas remain accessible.
After surface treatment, inspection covers the visible wire surfaces and the narrow contact areas around the opening. The finished body must be free from exposed rough points left by cutting or joining. The review follows both the inside and outside of the opening, keeping unfinished contact edges within the inspection scope even where the exterior appearance is satisfactory.
Our quality department performs daily production patrols, followed by inspection of every finished accessory before packing. The pre-packing check applies after all fabrication and finishing operations are complete. Independent inspectors are also accepted at the factory to examine the completed shipment alongside the factory's own full inspection of the production goods.
