10 kg Wall-Mount Load Capability

The cold-rolled steel body is paired with dedicated wall-mount brackets and is tested for loads up to 10 kg, depending on the wall structure and anchors. When dense small items are stored above a workbench or counter, the supported steel body keeps the storage position stable without taking up floor or countertop space.

Modular Side-by-Side Layout

The bin format can be aligned in repeated rows or columns rather than installed as an isolated unit. Where tools, consumables, or small SKUs need fixed wall positions, the modular layout keeps each storage point consistent and allows the wall system to be expanded section by section.

Rust-Resistant Coated Steel Surface

A rust-resistant finish covers the cold-rolled steel surface. In kitchens, utility rooms, and other indoor areas exposed to humidity or routine wipe-downs, the coating reduces direct moisture contact with the base metal and keeps the exterior easier to maintain.

Incoming steel and mounting hardware are checked against the approved drawing and reference sample before forming starts. During production, QC patrols focus on formed dimensions, corner squareness, weld condition, and the alignment between the bin body, brackets, and mounting holes.

After surface treatment, the bin is inspected for coating coverage, scratches, exposed edges, and burrs around cut or punched areas. Mounting hardware is trial-fitted with a positioning template so the bracket and hole pattern remain consistent within the production lot.

Before packing, every finished unit is checked for appearance, assembly fit, included accessories, and mounting-point condition. Independent third-party inspection can be arranged before shipment, and export packing is released only after the finished-goods check is complete.
